This notice covers the Aulendra website at aulendra.granwel.com: the pages you can read without an account, and the sign-in and support controls they offer. The Aulendra application is described in the privacy policy, which also covers the Granwel website.
The rule we follow
In the United Kingdom, storing information on your device or reading it back needs your consent, unless the storage is strictly necessary to provide something you asked for. This website relies on that exemption for the necessary items described below. Nothing optional runs without your permission, and we do not use advertising cookies.

Strictly necessary. Always on, and not something you can switch off. It remembers your choice, keeps an account session working after you sign in, and helps keep our services secure and free of automated abuse. Necessary storage is exempt from the consent requirement.
Analytics. Off unless you allow it. This category covers optional measurement of how this website is used. Your choice is recorded in the cookie described above and can be changed at any time.
Privacy-friendly analytics
We measure visits, the pages viewed and the approximate location of visitors, shown as a country or city, so that we can keep our websites useful. We use privacy-friendly analytics that does not use cookies to track you across sites. IP addresses are not stored in full, we do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell this information.
